How to contact or ask vendor?
To contact your vendor directly customers must need to login their FoodieAlley account or create an account. In this way, your contact information such as your email, name, or address will not be shown to the vendor, only your username will be shown to the vendor. Unless otherwise it was given at your own willingness for clearer communication between both ends.
To contact vendor:
- Option 1: In each product listing click on “Vendor Infor” > “Ask This Vendor 💬” (note: if you are asking for a specific product please provide the product link to the vendor.)
- Option 2: Go to your specific vendor store page and click on “Ask This Vendor 💬” (note: if you are asking for a specific product please provide the product link to the vendor.)
- Check Reply: To check for a reply please login to your dashboard and click on “Seller Support Tickets.” If you are a vendor then please go to your vendor dashboard and click on “Support” (Note: communication through the support ticket system, both the vendor and customer will have the full chat records and cannot be erased.
