How to contact or ask vendor?

To contact your vendor directly customers must need to login their FoodieAlley account or create an account. In this way, your contact information such as your email, name, or address will not be shown to the vendor, only your username will be shown to the vendor. Unless otherwise it was given at your own willingness for clearer communication between both ends.

To contact vendor:

    • Option 1: In each product listing click on “Vendor Infor” > “Ask This Vendor 💬” (note: if you are asking for a specific product please provide the product link to the vendor.)
    • Option 2: Go to your specific vendor store page and click on “Ask This Vendor 💬” (note: if you are asking for a specific product please provide the product link to the vendor.)
    • Check Reply: To check for a reply please login to your dashboard and click on “Seller Support Tickets.” If you are a vendor then please go to your vendor dashboard and click on “Support”  (Note: communication through the support ticket system, both the vendor and customer will have the full chat records and cannot be erased. What is the requirements and legal age to use FoodieAlley?

Products for children’s use may be sold by Vendors; however, these Products are intended for sale to adults. Order cancellation or make changes?

Order Cancellation

Some products that require a few days of processing and/or shipping time may be canceled before shipment is processed, but we cannot guarantee this. If your order has been paid and you want to cancel an order, please try to contact us as soon as possible best is within 12 hours! Once the shipment has already been processed for packaging and shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Products that CANNOT be canceled even within the 12-hours time frame.

We Cannot Assist With

Please note that we are only permitted to cancel the entire order for you upon your request if the order has not been processed for shipment and is within 12 hours from when you placed the order. Once the order has been processed or after 12 hours, FoodieAlley will have no control over the order as the order has already been processed by the vendor for shipment. In this case, the best option for you is to directly contact the vendor to see if they can stop the order processing and cancel it for you.

If you are requesting to make any changes to your order(s) such as any of the listed requests below, we apologize but we are not permitted to do editing or changes to customer order(s). However, another way to fix the issue will be by submitting an order cancellation request for that particular order, while you can place a whole new order with the correct information at checkout or update your information inside your FoodieAlley account. Please remember to double-check all your information before placing an order.

For security reasons, below are the requests we cannot assist our customer to do:

  • Edit shipping address or contact information
  • Edit/ remove the quantity of your order
  • Change your payment method
  • Edit your payment information
  • Change billing address

What payment method FoodieAlley accept?

FoodieAlley supports payment methods of debit card or credit card and also cash on delivery for local pickup or local delivery. FoodieAlley highly encourages all buyers to pay with debit or credit card as it is safer and protected by the payment provider Stripe. Paying with cash on delivery, we only suggest if the buyer truly trusts and knows the vendor well with an outstanding business reputation. Other than that payment methods of cards is recommended.

Why paying with card:

Currently we process our support with Stripe payment provider. Stripe is a highly reliable payment company that is a safe and the easiest way to send and receive money online platform. All transactions are encrypted and secured by the payment providers. Stripe accepts Debit Card and Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

The reasons why we pick this payment provider is because of:

  • Payment is traceable to prevent any fraudulent transaction, Stripe high level of security measure will be able to flag the transaction for further transaction verification. The verification process of Stripe may need proof of identity documentation.
  • Faster confirmation of available funds to be clear making the transaction smoother and faster for the product to get shipped out.
  • When you use your credit card or debit card through one of the payment providers, nobody will see your credit card or debit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.
  • Provide a highly competitive rate for our vendors which in turn will benefit our customers to have better deals and savings!
