Order Cancellation

Some products that require a few days of processing and/or shipping time may be canceled before shipment is processed, but we cannot guarantee this. If your order has been paid and you want to cancel an order, please try to contact us as soon as possible best is within 12 hours! Once the shipment has already been processed for packaging and shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Products that CANNOT be canceled even within the 12-hours time frame.

  • Customize or Specially ordered
  • Freshly made upon order
  • Engraved or written with your customization

We Cannot Assist With

Please note that we are only permitted to cancel the entire order for you upon your request if the order has not been processed for shipment and is within 12 hours from when you placed the order. Once the order has been processed or after 12 hours, FoodieAlley will have no control over the order as the order has already been processed by the vendor for shipment. In this case, the best option for you is to directly contact the vendor to see if they can stop the order processing and cancel it for you.

If you are requesting to make any changes to your order(s) such as any of the listed requests below, we apologize but we are not permitted to do editing or changes to customer order(s). However, another way to fix the issue will be by submitting an order cancellation request for that particular order, while you can place a whole new order with the correct information at checkout or update your information inside your FoodieAlley account. Please remember to double-check all your information before placing an order.

For security reasons, below are the requests we cannot assist our customer to do:

  • Edit shipping address or contact information
  • Edit/ remove the quantity of your order
  • Change your payment method
  • Edit your payment information
  • Change billing address

Refunds, Returns, & Exchange 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, non-perishable are backed with a minimum 14 Days money-back guarantee (based on delivery confirmation date) some vendors may offer a longer return time frame. For certain circumstances or product safety issues, some products are not returnable or/and refundable; the information is listed below. You can request a return and/or refund or reshipment for products that are in it original unused condition. Best practice is to alert your vendor with any problems on your purchase within 24 – 48 hours with clear photos and/or videos.

    • A full or partial refund, if you do not receive your purchase or your product, arrived later than the guaranteed time frame shown at checkout.
    • A full or partial refund if you receive the wrong item.
    • A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
    • A full or partial refund if the item is broken or missing part(s).
    • Change of mind, no longer need, and/or buyer does not want the product anymore; the return item(s) will be at your expense and the item must be unused. Upon received and inspected the condition of the return, a full or partial refund of the purchased price only (excluded the original shipping cost) will be issued back to you.

We do not issue a refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, lost by carrier, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of FoodieAlley.
  • The return item is different from what was purchased or materially different or item is not in it original condition or damaged.
  • Purchases of a Gift card, Voucher, and Coupon are NOT returnable and/or refundable. ➡️Read More⬅️

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 14 days, but in some credit card providers it may take up to a full statement cycle for the amount to appear back in your account.

Please note that for certain returns, the supplier may need additional proof of some clear photos and/or videos of the returning item(s). Please also make sure to submit the photos and/or videos as soon as possible before the 14-day expiring time. 

Not Returnable & Not Refundable

Hygiene and our customers’ safety are our top priority, which is why there are specific types of products that can’t be returned such as:

  • Personal care products such as facial, body, and cosmetic products if opened, used, have a broken protective seal, or tampered
  • Perishable products that have been opened, used, have broken protective seal, or tampered
  • Customized products that were only crafted to the buyer’s specific needs or wants
  • Prepaid gift cards, phone cards, game cards, or any types of prepaid card
  • Software and game downloads as well as other digital downloadable purchases
  • Tickets of any types such as theme park tickets, concert tickets, museum tickets, and more

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver has the item shipped to themselves first and then later given to you as a gift, then we can only send the refund back to the original purchaser which will be the gift giver. The original purchaser will be notified of your return through an email upon receiving their gift card credit back to their gift card.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to us unless we authorized you to do so. Otherwise, our system will not have your return information and a refund or exchange cannot be processed and we are not responsible for any loss that this may cause.
