FoodieAlley Buyer Info Guidelines
1. Purchasing Guidelines
- Ensure you review the product details, ingredients, and vendor information before making a purchase.
- Contact the vendor through FoodieAlley’s messaging system if you have questions about the product before ordering.
- Verify your delivery address before completing checkout.
- Beware of vendor or other buyer pursuing you to conduct business outside of FoodieAlley as this action maybe at risk of scam or fraud. Business that conducted outside of FoodieAlley knowledge will be fully responsible by the buyer and the seller themselves, and it is against our policy for such action.
2. Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Track your order through your FoodieAlley account and stay updated on estimated shipping.
3. Receiving Your Order
- Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
- If an item is damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or missing, report it within 24 – 48 hours with clear photos and/or videos.
4. Return & Refund Requests
- Perishable food items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
- Certain Non-perishable goods may be eligible for returns within 14 days, provided they are unopened and in original packaging. Your vendor store return policy and the unique criteria of the circumstances on the product will dictate the return policy. ➡️Read More⬅️
- To initiate a return or refund request:
- Go to your FoodieAlley account and select the order in question.
- Click “Request Refund” and provide details, including photos.
- Wait for the vendor’s response within 48 hours.
5. Refund & Dispute Resolution
- If the vendor accepts your request, you will receive a refund, store credit, or replacement.
- If the vendor disputes your claim, FoodieAlley’s support team will review the case and make a final decision.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days if approved.
6. Communication & Reviews
- Be respectful when communicating with vendors.
- Only leave honest and fair reviews based on your experience.
- Avoid posting false claims or negative reviews due to personal disputes.
7. Allergy & Dietary Responsibility
- Always check the ingredient list for allergens.
- Contact the vendor for specific dietary concerns before purchase.
- FoodieAlley is not responsible for allergic reactions due to undisclosed allergens.
8. Prohibited Buyer Behavior
- Filing false refund claims or chargebacks.
- Abusing the rating and review system.
- Harassing vendors or engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Violating FoodieAlley’s community standards.
By using FoodieAlley, buyers agree to follow these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in one or more or all of these actions toward the buyer:
- Account warnings
- Temporary suspension
- With hold or removal of funds
- Permanent ban from FoodieAlley
- Possible legal action as well
Estimated Shipping Time
Shipping time will vary by location and varies by the shipping option provided by the vendor. For a more precise time frame please refer to the checkout page or in product description section or warranty policy or ask the vendor. Below is just an estimated time frame:

Order Cancellation
All products that require shipment can be canceled before shipment is processed, but we cannot guarantee this. If your order has been paid and you want to cancel an order, please try to contact us as soon as possible best is within 12 hours! Once the shipment has already been processed for packaging and shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Please note that we are only permitted to cancel the entire order for you upon your request if the order has not been processed for shipment and is within 12 hours from when you placed the order. Once the order has been processed or after 12 hours, FoodieAlley will have no control over the order as the order has already been processed by the vendor for shipment. In this case, the best option for you is to directly contact the vendor to see if they can stop the order processing and cancel it for you. ➡️Read More⬅️
Payment Method
We support the payment method with Stripe which is a highly reliable payment company that is a safer and easier way to send and receive money online platform. All transactions are encrypted and secured by the payment providers. Stripe accepts Debit Card and Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
The reasons why we pick those payment providers is because of:
- Payment is traceable to prevent any fraudulent transaction, Stripe high level of security measure will be able to flag the transaction for further transaction verification. The verification process of Stripe may need proof of identity documentation.
- Faster confirmation of available funds to be clear making the transaction smoother and faster for the product to get ship out.
- When you use your credit card or debit card through one of the payment providers, nobody will see your credit card or debit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.
